Should the Chiefs have drafted Watson over Mahomes?

Another strong game today for Watson. 3 TDs against the Titans so far.

Kid just seems to have 'It'.

Cleveland has the best defense in the NFL. They are going to be a tough out all year especially once Watson knocks the rust off.

I’d read a Deberg troll thread 10/10 over a Pete won’t sniff playoffs one.

Yes, yes I do.

And Watson's gonna get a lot of OL cut and a lot of OL coaches fired. That guy gets himself sacked as often as any QB in football. The narrative is always "oh poor Deshaun just can't get any protection..." but the guy holds the ball too long and doesn't feel pressure well. He runs away from it a lot because he's an athlete but he can't feel it and slowly slide into a better spot.

Watson will never be more than a flashy novelty.
I will never understand how so many people STILL don't see this.

It was evident as a rookie.

Judging by the look on the face of the Texans front office when we sniped them...THEY knew it!

Two of those in 5 years was just glorious. One of them was the best football player ever, and the other one swiped a potential pro bowl corner out from underneath a tough rival that needed one so badly. Then they panicked and took Elaim instead of BPA and totally ****ed themselves. You can't write it much better.

Lucky for us our front office are diligent and won't draft players who will later pull some horrible/stupid shit that gets them in trouble with the law...I think.

As long as we have humans playing the game we'll have humans making mistakes. Some of us are even decent enough at the core to push beyond our weaknesses and overcome them to have fulfilling lives.

Not all, but most...
