Yep. As has been discussed on here, it doesn't appear that D works anymore. QBs get the ball out too quickly.

If it's Spags, it's Spags. I'd prefer to roll the dice with an up-and-comer, but we had to have a change. Even when Sutton fielded statistically a good regular season D, in the playoffs, the teams with good QBs effectively never punted against us. It's hard to win that way.

One of the prerequisite to the KC DC job is willingness to keep Britt Reid.

It's actually extremely accurate because Tom and BB have owned everyone. The Jets didn't have great teams but to go 4-9 and hold Tom Brady to an 88.9 passer rating vs his career 96.1, is a win considering no one else comes close to that.

Houston can play DE in a 4-3. He's probably closer to 270-280 to be honest than he is 258.

Ford can play DE in passing downs, but I'd tag and trade him personally if they switch to a 4-3.

Speaks probably fits better as a 4-3 DE than a 3-4 OLB. Jones and Naadi make good DT's in a 4-3 IMO.

They will need to hit LB's hard in FA/Draft. Hitchens could probably fill one spot but he's not the greatest option. DoD is intriguing at OLB and probably fits there better size wise than a 3-4 ILB.

Ragland probably doesn't have a spot.

I'm honestly not sure why that keeps coming up. It's ridiculous. If you don't like him, you bring in someone to help and he keeps his position title. And still nobody cares.

While admittedly not an expert, how about Brent Venables? This may not be a reasonable or likely choice, but hey worth a discussion.

Article I read earlier today said Spag likes smaller and faster linebackers. That doesn't bode well for Hitchens and Ragland.

What I don't want is a guy and his "system". If you have a "system" it means you only know one way to do it one way. I want someone that knows how to adjust to his personnel. Those guys know how to adjust during the game too.

Ragland won't be here with that switch, Hitchens however was pretty good in a 4-3.
