Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

We just picked up a really sweet AR style Remington in full camo .204 Caliber. Alread shot 6 coyotes ,2 bobcats , and a stray dog since Christmas.
Check it out: http://www.remington.com/products/fi...odel-r-15.aspx |

Bobcat I shot Friday night was at 170 yards using nightvision. There's no bullet drop at 200 yards and the .204 round is right there with the .220 swift at 4200 fps. The 204 is probably my most favorite round. It blows shit up !

Ive been a 22 250 fan forever but the 204 looks pretty fun. May have to sell a 300winMag and a 280 then get 2 AR's

Man, Don't sell your guns. President Osama will be trying to take them away anyway. Get a 2nd or 3rd job and just buy more. Or use the guns you got to rob a bank and then buy more.

I have a S&W M&P 15 and I love it, but sadly haven't been able to shoot enough to speak about it's accuracy. I recently scoped it though and am looking forward to shooting some deer with it!

I too am looking to buy an AR15 (must be 5.56/.223). My budget is probably around $1500, what do you experts think my best bet would be? I'm leaning towards Rock River Arms.

I'd plan on picking up a CMMG M4LEP-II this spring. They are a local (Missouri) manufacturer.

Here is my latest rig. I have it outfitted with an Aimpoint red dot sight and flip up front and rear iron sights. Good times at the range!
