Seared the shit out of them Added a heavy pinch of flour and water to make a little gravy Poured in some 505 green chiles Cheese Rolled in tortilla Couple Budwiesers |

scotch fillet (zarda steak rub marinade) and lobster tail (garlic, butter, lemon, parsley and chive drench) with parmesan and garlic crusted roasted potato's

Small 5 oz tails are like $5 on sale. Regular like $6.99 ea.
I like to pick a couple up and have them steam them then eat them through the store. They cook a good fillet of any fish that can be eaten while shopping. It's awesome. |

three of the four were quite small, good thing i had the steaks to go with
i cooked them butterflied in the broiler for about 8 minutes |
