For the record, in 2015 the KC Royals were NOT last in the league taking walks. There was was one team better at free swinging it than the Champs (thanks Miami).

So are we mathematically eliminated yet??? BTW: This 3rd baseman they got from the Phillies sucks out loud. I watched him personally strand 7 runners the other night. And his defense is awful. They should have left him at the airport in Chicago.

As bad as the Royals are at their K/BB, I saw a graphic last night that said they led the league in line drives (or hard hit balls in play?) but also stand at 2nd worst in line drive outs. However, last I checked, it didn't seem that their BABIP was too unusual.

Funny thing is Baltimore has done well so far. We look terrible, but there are a lot of bad teams. Hard to believe we're basically 20% into the season now. Even then Pittsburgh currently has us beat for the #1 pick, and Boston and Arizona are right there.
