The more I hear draft nerds jerk it to this WR class, the FA market is going to be on the floor for the Chiefs to clean up at second tier guys. I think Laviska Shenault and Rashid Shaheed would very reasonably priced and perfect for Andy and Pat.

Shaheed is a restricted free agent.
Shenault does what rice does, but not as good.

The FA wide receivers that i think the chiefs will be interested in are more the second tier of:
Hollywood Brown
Gabe davis
Darnell mooney

Not that it matters, because Hopkins isn’t going to be a Chief.
Chiefsplanet hears a name a few times or randomly watched some turd haul in a few balls and magically think they're good. This place has always been that way evaluating other teams.

It would cause a hilarious meltdown, but I think KC should aim higher. Get someone more reliable.

Hollywood is one of my favorite potential adds to this team in free agency. He wont get the top tier money, and may sign a 3 year mid range contract.

Him paired with rice and adding a developmental potential alpha receiver in early rounds like xavier legette makes the floor higher than this season while blowing the ceiling off of the wr room.

Sure, if you want to give up draft assets, pay huge money, and lose out on sneed and jones

I would be interested to see what Andy and Patrick could do with Brown. His career hasn't been what was expected coming out of college, but he hasn't had an even average passing quarterback yet. He might break out in KC

Justin Fields & some arm wrestler were his QB. You're only clinging to Hopkins because he's a name this is what you casuals do. Next you'll site PFF
