I don't agree. You're taking a bad situation and making it work for now. Onward and upward for you.

Nothing like tucking your kid into your power ranger sheets from childhood, though. Lol. And I broke out a bunch of my old toys and notebooks. Its been a hoot. And going through those notebooks made me realize I was a really really weird kid. Some creepy ****ing stories and hitlists.

Here's a line from a short story fourth grade argo wrote called "Garth Brooks"

"You thought he stopped following you, and you thought you were alone sleeping in your bedroom. but you were wrong. He's sitting in your backyard on your swing, swinging. Swinging a sick, maniacal swing. Singing. And smoking Marlboro cigarettes. He misses you."

It felt good to praise someone instead of only talking to management when someone sucks at their job. I don't think this is done enough.
ive had customers call in and compliment my work. the higher ups actually will make a big deal out of it. sometimes recognition like that really makes my day. some places still do employee of the month ( don't they ).

'course, i've had customers call in and complain my work, too. just can't please everybody.

i've always had the feelings that if someone does an outstanding job, i'll go out of my way and try to help them out. i've done that before this line of work. my opinion, it's just paying it forward.
