One day you'll look back and laugh when you reflect on 2016. Odom and Anderson coaching in the same year. Silly how bad those hires were.

I've been watching Mizzou since the mid-90s, and this is the worst team I've ever seen.

I could kind of understand if this was happening against an SEC Power, but this is Purdue, and that's after the abomination of a defensive game against MSU.

This is beyond pathetic.

Odom should fire himself at halftime. The Mizzou football program is on track to becoming the basketball program of the last few years. Abysmal!

I've been a fan since the Onofrio years, and was in school during the Woody years. This is as bad as 85-86.

Could you explain in greater detail? I'm interested in hearing about how bad it really was then so I have some point of comparison other than box scores and a record

Almost zero talent on offense, and a very slow defense. I don't remember this kind of indiscipline on D, though. Guys being out of position and whiffing on so many tackles. I just remember a distinct lack of talent save 2-3 guys. Plus Woody was a drunk.

The year I covered the team, 87, was Woody's best year because they ran the ball well and forced some turnovers. I think this team needs to junk Heupel's hurry-up and just pound it with Crockett, take pressure off Lock and set up some play action for him. The D, I have no idea. And apparently neither does Odom.

Great timeout. Penalty there and they move the ball an inch. Should have just shoved a lineman on his ass.
