Their offense still has Josh Allen. James Cook is really good. Kincaid looked like a very good young TE for them. Also have Knox there and Curtis Samuel is a nice complimentary piece. They’re gonna use that 2025 2nd to trade up for a WR. Probably Bryan Thomas Jr. I don’t like their run first approach with Josh Allen but they will be a playoff team. Rookie contract moves didn’t work out so now they’re building youth. |

And? Yes I think they’ll win their division again, especially if they get a first rd WR.
If not then who? The Miami frauds? Rebuilding Patriots? The team that overspent for a QB who didn’t know if he even wanted to play anymore and was rumored to be a VP candidate? I’m sure the Jets owner getting in a yelling match with the coach at the owners meetings was great optics for a healthy franchise. |

And you just tried to pretend that you said otherwise, and the issue was my reading comprehension. |

The TwoBillsDrive thread is interesting. They are now trading into the top 10 for Diggs replacement.

The Bills could do something similar. They'd give up some future assets, sure, but I don't know that it qualifies as 'mortgaging their future'. If their 2024 1st, 2025 1st and 2024 2nd could get them moved up to take Nabers, I think that's a deal worth making. Not sure that it can - but that's a worthwhile possibility to consider. |

It's basically the Chiefs-Bills trade for Pat (with a little more). Moving from 28 into the Top 10 of a VERY strong draft class. It's gonna cost em. Last edited by TomBarndtsTwin; 04-03-2024 at 11:01 AM.. |

So the entire AFC West is completely wiped out, plus the Bills and Bengals are dropping all of their weapons... Feels like the league is giving up on trying to beat Pat and Andy.

No, it's just that most of those teams went all-in a couple of year ago, so now they're facing the consequences with nothing to show for it.

Man! I wish they would have considered us as a destination, he has a very reasonable contract! A 2nd!? Sure, we would happily send a clean 2nd for him or maybe even our 1st if that were the price. Damn!

Yup. Sometimes it works (see Rams) and sometimes it does not (see Buffalo). I am just glad KC is built for the long haul.

Texans went 10-7 and then beat Joe Flacco in the playoffs before getting wrecked by Baltimore. People are taking way too much for granted with this team.
