Another weird deal. It's not a bad move in a vacuum, but like the Hampson deal it doesn't really work with the roster. Do we really need another 2b/utility guy? I don't get what the upside is here unless you commit to playing him all the time and hope to flip at the deadline, which we shouldn't be doing.
We like half measures. We have no money so we would rather sign 3 shitty guys for as much as one good guy would cost.
