Time to move forward.

How do we matchup against the 49ers?

We are getting Reuben Foster back this week along with Marquis Goodwin (hopefully). We put up 30 on the lions without Goodwin. This could be an old fashion shootout. But we also have the number rusher in the league Matt Brieda. Also our cornerback Sherman has only allow 1 catch this year. Should make for an interesting contest. We have to get Mahomes off his throwing spot by putting pressure up the middle. If we get a lead we can slow the game down with our running game. I don't think that can be said about your running game as our linebackers (Rueben Foster, Fred Werner) are pretty fast.

Offensive line is not overly physical.

I think this defense is better than the stats have shown (Call me crazy) but 49ers will feel confident in shredding it. Run defense has shown well thus far.

I agree with the above- interestingly enough a byproduct of this offense being so efficient and aggressive is that the Chiefs are 4th last in the NFL in time of possession. The defense in both games have gotten off to pretty good starts against Pittsburgh and the Chargers but in various points of both games fell apart (sorta).

I feel if the Chiefs could get Kareem Hunt involved a little more running the ball (perhaps after the Chiefs have established the lead), it would go a long way in helping the defense stay fresh.

I'd love to get some national media coverage for the chiefs and this game. Instead I get Tiecher's epic 2 sentences and a half hour segment on what's wrong with the steelers and another 30 minutes segment on the patriots and Belichick. FFS

The chiefs running game will be very limited. Mahomes is going to have to pass and pass a lot . Your running back took a jab at my running back (Matt Brenda #1 rusher in the league) claiming that he is not a cheetah. And that he is too slow to be called a cheetah. Should be interesting bulletin board material.

Question? Do you guys have strong physical corners? And how well do your safety play in coverage?

Hill said it, he's not a RB, he's a Wr.

Our defense sucks but our offense will put up 45 so unless Jimmy is prepared to match it, you'll get blown out.

All I know is that the Niner defense missed a ton of tackles against the Lions. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if we see Hunt have a monster game because the Niners D coach game planned around stopping Hill/Kelce.
