I did rosemary last time from a Serious Eats recipe, and it turned out great. The oregano is nice, but the rosemary is better. I thought about basil but was worried it'd be too delicate for the time on the grill?

Garam masala is an Indian spice blend. It's the spice base for tikka masala, if you've ever had that.
