There are always outliers. Spags had a type of DE and then drafted BJ Thompson. Yeah, that was in the 5th round and not the 1st...but it still happened.

We drafted long arm DL and DB’s until 2022 when we drafted McDuffie and Karlaftis.

Worked out pretty good I’d say

Yup, but again, 2 guys on the defensive side of the ball.

All that tells me for sure is that Spags might be a little more open to outliers than Andy.

Sure, which is why I'm not writing him off as a possibility. But just like with McDuffie, that's Spags, not Andy.

Just hard to ignore that Andy's never drafted an OT short arms. That's a long time.

Andy Reid has far to long of a history suggesting what type of OT's he wants, trying to say it doesn't matter is a fools errand when there's decades of history.

I bet we do what we did last year and get a vet on a short term deal and maybe take a stab at guys with traits that suit us. Amegadjie or Foster.

Do you mean Fisher?

He's caught my attention recently. I like him along with Amegadije and Patrick Paul on day 2.

Was considering him for my 2nd round Ravens pick. Guy is young too, definite room for growth. Reckon he's there for us st 64.

Y'all talking about Foster?

Oh c'mon fellas. He's a 3rd round pick tops. My druthers would look at him in the 4th.

Not terribly athletic, heavy feet. Mauler of an OT and I don't think there's a chance in hell he plays LT.

We have people wanting to say that Morgan can't play LT because his arms are a half inch too short but others wanting to say that Foster CAN when his feet look like they're on the wrong legs? Yikes.

Foster in the 2nd round would be a truly truly TRULY awful pick. As bad as they'll come. But I'm not worried about that because there's zero chance it happens.

No, Blake Fisher.

Foster is completely off my radar, so I thought it was a typo.

Would you guys take Mims in the first round? He looks like a complete boom/bust prospect. It's doubtful he could start in year one with only 8 starts at RT in his career.

I would. He’s massive and can move. He comes across as intelligent. YouTube his interviews. He’s bigger than Orlando brown jr. He’s built solid. With the work that he’s done on his body and in his workouts, he doesn’t appear to be lazy. He had 5.07 40 at his size and he didn’t look flabby when he ran it. I’d move up like we did for mcduffie and get Mims. I’d also bring in a vet LT like smith to compete with him.
