Watched the Roast of David Hasselhoff the other day and laughed my ass off. They say some freaking harsh but hilarious things to each other damn.

From what Gonzo was describing your story sounds similiar to what happend to my mother. She never sued but should have after they didn't properly do the surgery and she nearly bled to death.

Sorry to hear about your mom. She was very lucky and yes, she should have sued.

The surgery actually went fine in my situation, but it wouldn't have been necessary had the radiologist done her job. That is what I hate the most about hospitals, (and clinics for that matter)... you rely on complete strangers to diagnose and treat you. Their experience and knowledge in their profession is what determines your fate.
