My friend has been trying to get me to invest in a new micro brewery. I looked at everything, didn't seem like a terrible investment until he pitched a couple more ideas to me. I like the guy, he's successful in sales/recruiting and makes good money but these ideas made me say NO.

1. A mail lego service, like netflix, only you ship lego's to parents because he thinks parents would love that.

2. A coffee shop, with intentions to be a franchise, that focuses on not coffee, but a play area for kids where mom's could chill and sit and their kids could play.
