Doing a chicken tortilla soup tonight. Our store had a buy one get one free on racks of back ribs today. No limit. These sad sacks shut their pits down the first cold weekend around here. So ribs are on the menu tomorrow.

Easily my 2 favorites, and combined, probably my favorite. Like that plate TimBone posted earlier with ribs and elotes would be my jam. I mostly intermittent fast during the week on a low carb, straightforward American diet though. Usually a protein + veg. So on the weekends I go for what I like most.

It's on a rooftop deck. The roof is being replaced this winter so lucky me gets to haul it down to storage in a couple weeks.
