Seems he’s still got a lot of ability. And he won’t be facing Trent McDuffie. Appeared to be a great team guy for Baltimore.

I would support this. Either him or Williams seem like good pickups. No idea why people keep bringing up Michael Thomas.

Going from a WR room of Rashee Rice, Skyy Moore, Toney and Watson to Rashee Rice, Hollywood Brown, OBJ and Xavier Worthy would be something.

That’s like the 2019 defense overhaul or 2022 OL replacement

Won't be real til Rickey weighs in. My only hesitation is there are only so many targets. On second thought, what an amazing problem to have after last year.

Man, wouldn't it be nice. Not a fan of OBJ's personality (or his dad's), but he can still play at a high level. Go get him, Veach.

From everything I saw last season his me-first attitude seems to have disappeared, though I have to admit I didn’t follow the Ravens that closely. He only caught around 55% of his targets last season though his QB was Lamar Jackson.

Yeah, I didn't watch but maybe 2 BAL games last year, I think. no, I watched 4. One of my best friends is a Ravens guy so I watched a couple with him, though I probably paid more attention to my Makers and the cute bartender than I did the games at times.

But he did make a few nice plays that I noticed in those games. A couple are in that clip I posted. Also watched Lamar flat miss OBJ more than once. But Lamar misses everybody more than once, so . . .

Biggest thing you noticed if you paid attention to him is that he's a real fully functional NFL WR. He's a complete package, though he doesn't have long speed anymore. But in short/intermediate areas he's still pretty good. And he still has his hands and he's still fearless over the middle.

But mostly I'm thinking about all he could teach our young WRs. I'm serious about the idea that he could be the key to making Toney functional.

I think as a role player and not a featured WR, which is basically what he's been the last couple of seasons, it would be just fine and a solid upgrade for your 3rd or 4th WR. Still would want to draft one if we did sign him. But who knows if it would actually happen. He's talented and has really good hands and even just a 500-600 yard season would be a big boost to the offense.

He started 6 games last year and played in 14. He caught 35 balls for 565 yards and 3 TDs. He did average 16.1 yards per catch but he had a long of 51 yards, which can skew the numbers. At this stage of his career he can't be consider a game changer, although his numbers were marginally better than MVS last year.

With 10 years in the league, 50% of them were productive, 2014-2016 and 2018-2019. The last productive year was 5 years ago. Contrary to what OBJ most likely has running through his own mind, he's simply not worth any significant amount of money.

Hard pass.
