Who is the Chiefs first Defensive pick in the draft?

What position is needed most?

Any one of those three would be great. If Veach could swing two of those three he is a genius.

If Veach is trading up it's for Josh Jackson or Isaiah Oliver

Galko thinks the Chiefs could be targeting Lorenzo Carter in the second (6:40). Also says they really want to get a defensive lineman in this draft.

6. Other teams are keeping an eye on Kansas City to come up the board—the Chiefs actually talked to the Eagles last night, I’m told, about acquiring the No. 32 pick. It’d be for a corner, which makes sense in the wake of the Marcus Peters trade, and given the players (like Iowa’s Josh Jackson and Colorado’s Isaiah Oliver) available.

I still can't get over how much of a slide Hurst took. I get that he has health concerns, but the upside is so freaking high.
