You can check your connection. Not sure how to do it off the top of my head, but it's an option. Why haven't you called customer service yet?

I called customer service, they were rude and told me the servers are congested and hung up on me.

Do you still have the installation junk for your router? If you do I would go ahead and restart it. Try to connect automatically (assuming ps4 is similar to ps3). If that doesn't work you are going to have to look up your address information and manually enter it yourself.

I entered it manually, it didn't work. I don't think restarting the router would help, I think at this point it's the sony servers but you guys are saying your all online so I don't know

Sony's servers being the problem would only keep you out of PlayStation Network, try using the internet browser, or doing the connection test I told you to do.

Not altogether sure you're not a dupe though.

a credit card is only required if you are using the included 1 month or 3 month three bonus. If you just go to the store and buy a 3 month or 12 month card no CC is required at all.

whoever is down to play or is serious about madden, send me a pm and i'm down to play. Just won 2 ranked games in madden, feeling pretty nice. does anyone know how to make ranked games so you can be home? having some issue with that.

I finally got the money to put down on one of these, but nobody has them in stock and they been out of stock for a week or so. Anybody know when Amazon or any other store will get them restocked?

Check gamestop online. Also go to walmart.com and do a search of local walmart inventories of it. If you are in the Johnson County area, I know the Walmart near Lenexa had about 3.
