I'm not sure.
As a painter, if I paint something copyrighted (like a Milton Bradley board game) I can sell the original without any trouble, but I can be sued if I try making and selling prints, especially if I mass produce them. I don't think Parker Brothers can touch someone who inks Candyland on someone's body for free, but they better not have copyrighted images advertised at the front of their store as examples of their past work, I would imagine. |
