the model factored in social distancing. But I don't know how extreme the social distancing data set was.

Based on the modeling with 50 percent adherence, I believe. And this is not over. Open it up way too soon and you'll get much lower rates of adherence in line with the more dour predictions.

They said it was based on the "current levels of social distancing", which was current as of last week.
