*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

The part around 25:30-26:30 was pretty interesting. They were talking about how 2PM will get so many reps over the course of the season as the scout team QB vs. the starting defense and how valuable that will be to his learning process and development.

Interesting convo on NFLN with Charlie Casserly and Daniel Jeremiah.

DJ worked for Andy and he clearly has connections to Arrowhead (Brett Veach IMO). Said the Chiefs loved Derek Carr for the same reason they loved Pat Mahomes and he wasn't sure why Mahomes wasn't being compared to Carr.

Seems like the Steelers loss was finally that last straw. Dorsey had Carr right there on the board and Andy passed.

All is forgiven. Now let's roll, Pat.

Not at QB. I would put down a $10,000 bet right now that Andy has final say over a QB in the draft.

They just traded for Alex and Andy had a chub for him. He wasn't going to draft Carr 1 year after making that trade, even though he should've.
