Success or failure almost always has hinged on the cut of roast.

The only thing we've done different is grilled a few of them. A sirloin roast was F'in awesome. Most of the rest were meh.
We had beef roast, potatos, carrots last night with a good roll.

Awesome.

Don't really know where to put this, and it doesn't really need it's own thread.

Anyone watch MasterChef or Hell's Kitchen? Someone swapped the audio from Hell's Kitchen and put it over video of MasterChef Junior.

Soups and stews are big hits in my circle. We've got about a half dozen different beef stew recipes that we look to tweak, depending on our mood.

Braised short ribs is another winner, and you can add whatever veggies you want in order to get it like a hearty, loaded stew

Anyone have a recipe for the sauce to go on Beef w/Broccoli to rival Bo-Lings.

I tried working with a brown sauce with extra cayenne, but feel I can do better.

cashew, you may like it if you make a satay sauce and use pumpkin seeds in the pestle

On Friday, one of my colleague mentioned how much he liked the seafood gumbo served at a local restaurant. Instantly, I knew I would not let the weekend pass befit making my own version. Here it is plated fancy so you good people can see what's in it. After snapping the pic, I scraped it into a bowl so it can be eaten properly.

No pics of the ghost pizza? I do Symphony brownies, I might have to try it with Snickers bars to get rid of this candy.
