I've never tried the browning part, but a few hours in the Instant Pot and pork is ****ing amazing. Apparently the sauté mode is similar to searing, but haven't tried it.

I have some "skirt" (Sam's prime) marinating for Friday night. Going to cold smoke and Sous vide then toss 'em in a cast iron skillet in the coals.Your's sure looks good.
