I've made it no secret that Russillo is my guy, but there is some excellent stuff in here on the salary cap and teams' management of it.

The first 16 minutes of it are fairly worthless, although entertaining. Everything after :30 minutes is just wildcard weekend picks.

Here is the link, but there are probably easier ways to listen to Podcasts.
