Shooting at the parade

Friendly mod reminder, this thread is about yesterday's shooting. Not about gun control, gun laws, politics, or anything of that nature. If you need everyone to know what's wrong in this world and how you'd fix it, grab your megaphone and soapbox and take it to DC, thanks.

I think those black pants look like tactical or uniform slacks. Maybe a cop standing over evidence and wanting to leave it undisturbed. Plus backpacks make good concealment of pressure cooker bombs.

Well, yes. Assault weapon ban in 94 reduced mass shootings by 46%. When it lapsed in 2004, they rose 245%. But it's pretty simple no?

The guy in the gray hoodie appears to have been tackled where the guns are shown. And he was shown being loaded into the paddy wagon wearing the same clothes. Seems cut and dry based on the videos. But these situations are fluid and who knows what lands where.

The majority in record homicides this year were committed with hand guns. The mayor will dodge the issue completely and just blame it on guns and nobody will ask him about any of the data I presented

My heartfealt condolences to my fellow Chiefs fans out there. I couldn’t believe it when someone said, did you hear about the shooting in Kansas City’s parade?

Stay safe.

Yeah, you can see the impression in the backpack where the buffer tube was sticking up. It barely fit.

One surprising thing here is that the bulge should have put up a red flag to anybody who is familiar with this type of firearm. If I see that at an event like this, I'm going to immediately flag down a cop and let him know. Hard to believe this punk was milling around in a crowd of thousands and nobody picked up on it.
