Titans fans

I just looked at one of the Tit's message boards. It looks as if they have a few folks "leaving forever", some that blame the refs, a lot of homers, and some that are just right down pissed. But they can type the dreaded f-word and they seem adept in doing so.

You're not going to win a Super Bowl with a high mileage running back and game manager QB.

You're just not. It's pointless to even try.

He didn't notice how the Chiefs defense played physical and shut down Henry.

That defensive front is much different than what you faced in the first game. Once Jones was in the mix on first and second down more, Henry didn't could get past the line of scrimmage without getting hit.

In the past few years when suspect officiating was at play you heard every pundit show (First Take, Get Up, Undisputed, etc.) out there talking about them. This year crickets. Get a pad for your weeping vagina. You are embarrassing yourself.

It was a DPI. Those are called every week. Also, crying about the refs is a poor look. Have a nice day.

Maybe a pass interference on kelce that was subjective...
They're upset about the 3rd and 1 holding call, from what I can tell. And they're upset because the officiating crew did a poor job announcing it.

So as SOON as the ball is snapped, the sideline judge throws a flag. And then as the play is progressing, the judge behind the play throws another one. The officials huddle and announce the hold.

Titans fans: "The sideline judge had decided he was going to throw a flag either way! It's rigged!!!"

Well they didn't see the official behind the play throwing the holding flag. And during the conference with the officials, they either 'picked up' the sideline judge's flag or just ignored it. But you can see from the replay that he threw it because the WR and TE are both on the line. It was an illegal formation flag that he threw. Had the officials just done the usual "There are two flags on the play, both against the offense..." they'd have had nothing to bitch about.

But because the officials only announced the holding penalty, Titans fans are calling it rigged. It wasn't - the RG committed a stupid (and egregious) hold on the backside of the play. It was a clear penalty right in front of the official that had no bearing on the play itself. But it was an obvious penalty.

As for the PI on Hardman...pft, who cares? Game was effectively over at that point and that play gets called more often than it doesn't. Do I think it SHOULD? No, no I do not. That was an underthrown ball and the DB should've had the right to his spot on the field. This whole 'turn his head' thing is so boilerplate these days as to become comical. That was solid defense to me on a poorly thrown pass that created contact. Do I wish the NFL would stop bailing offenses out for those kinds of throws? Yup - but they aren't. They throw that flag nearly every time. It was no different than the PI on Breeland on 3rd and 22 - that was a penalty. He grabbed the jersey. Was it soft? Yup. Did it matter on the play? Nope. I wish they'd let that stuff go but ultimately they don't.

I agree with the folks saying that it was one of the better officiated games of the year - they did a really nice job.

You didn't belong in the playoffs in the 1st place. You backed into the playoffs because the Steelers trotted out Duck ****ing Hodges and the Texans rested their starters. We told you you were going to lose by double digits and you didn't listen, and SHOCKINGLY you lost by double digits. Sorry, but you're not in the same class. And NE is a better organization, they'll rebound, and Baltimore beats you 8/10. You didn't belong on that field yesterday.

Within the next hours and days you'll get over whatever it is you're feeling and you'll start to tell yourself shit like, "hey we can build off this season".

No. No you can't. There's nothing here you can build off of. This was a lost opportunity. There's no turning this into a SB next year. You won't even have the same team next year and the odds are high injuries will completely morph the Titans. It's not ****ing happening. You won't even make the playoffs next year.

The Patriots will rebound somehow, the Ravens will likely whoop your ass, the Texans probably will build on their team since they actually have a real QB and you'll be duking it with the Jags at the bottom of your division and here's why:

You're going to re-sign Tannehill to at least 20M+ per year thus settling in at mediocrity for a year or two while he returns to his Miami form, reminding you why he was cut in the 1st place. Because that's how retread QB's go. See Nick Foles for your latest. Trust me as a Chiefs fan i know.

You'll re-sign Henry to a monster contract and he'll never produce again the way he produced this season. Most backs don't age well and big backs especially dont age well. His numbers will only go down and you'll be paying the richest RB in the league for what he USE to be while he's just a shell of himself within a season or two. See Todd Gurley and Ezekial Elliot for your latest. Trust me as a Chiefs fan i know.

And for the next 15 years you'll hate us. You'll learn to despise us. Because you're going to see Arrowhead Stadium hosting the AFCCG at least every other year, and we'll have the franchise QB that shits all over your mediocre franchise, forcing you to exist under our shadow. And every time your team has to play us, or any team has to play us, the media be sucking the Mahomes dick so, so hard. And you'll hate the media for it.

That's your football future. Have fun.
But....they had nothing to lose?

That run where Henry picked up about 5 and then got SMOKED by Sorensen took the life out of him.

It's funny because you don't notice in real time how hard some of those hits are, but Sorensen knocked a 240 lb man about 12-15 feet sideways. Hits him right at his thighs, lifts him up and around and then he comes down on his shoulder.

And took his sweet time getting back up. That 'soft' defense took Henry's legs from him right then and there. He was done. And then Dan did it to Tannehill a couple drives later. Ryan didn't really want to play football anymore after that play.

The 'tough' Titans got bullied off the football field Sunday.

Henry had over 400 touches this year. Going into a free agency year, that's not ideal.

Yeah, because the refs were tackling Henry for those 1, 2 yard gains and 1, 2 yard losses.

You ****ing pussy.

The Tits got beat. Plain and easy. There were no controversial calls. Mahomes just torched your ass, and the defense knocked you silly.

You want OLD school? Big Dick Dan force****ed your face, Honey Badger whooped that ass like your father, Pennel took your lunch money, and then Frank Clark took your bike and your chain, bitch.
