Should we Draft a Punter this Year ?

Colquitt was 28th in punt attempts this season. The position is literally used maybe 3 times a game. Go with the guy we had last preseason (Fox i think his name was?) and spend the minimal amount for a minimal position. Toub should be able to generate an “average” punt unit at worst.
