Christ on a crutch. Did you guys see the stat line for Hinton today?

1/9 13 yds 1.4 yd/att 0 TDs 2 INT 0.1QBR 0.0PRTG

That's horrible even for a WR.

I've never seen anything remotely like that before. Not even Tebow was that bad.
Mahomes would put up better numbers than that playing left-handed with a broken ankle.

The Dolphins game could actually be a trap game.

Their D is good enough that it could give us issues ala the Colts last year.

But Mahomes ankle, and our OL, are in far better shape.

Plus I see their run D is just absolute trash. That might be a big game for Clyde.

Agreed, the dolphins actually have legitimate talent on both sides of the ball.

Their match-up with us wouldn't be dissimilar to the effort the raiders gave us.

But anyone saying the have a chance should be SOS.

It'll be another 40+ drubbing of the donks, with Mahomes pulled out of the game by the time the fourth quarter rolls around.

Honestly if the Saints are still starting Taysom Hill the Dolphins game might be as tough as any of them. Dolphins have weaknesses but they have some playmakers in the secondary, and when they beat Cincy next week they'll have won 8 of 10. They can play up/down to their opponent though. They whipped the Niners when they were healthy, blew out the Rams, but also lost to the Broncos.

Getting way ahead of ourselves, but the Dolphins game could be interesting. They've got at least one takeaway in something crazy like 15 straight games and obviously we don't give the ball away very often. With two great CBs, potentially they could give us some trouble. Fitzpatrick is definitely capable of carving us up, too.

That's not a trap game. That's just a real game by a competitive team. They destroyed the NFC West. Think about that.

I’m calling it now. Dolphins are frauds and far worse than their record. If they don’t get takeaways, then they cannot compete with the actual good teams.

They allow more yards per game than the Chiefs despite teams pulling out all the stops against KC. I doubt the Dolphins have seen many trick plays, fake punts, teams going for it on 4th, teams passing late to try and catch up, teams staying aggressive, etc.

Here is their total yardage against opponents this year:

Patriots - 269
Bills - 410
Jaguars - 294
Seahawks - 415
49ers - 436
Jets - 302
Rams - 145
Cardinals - 312
Chargers - 280
Broncos - 223
Jets - 345

That’s 3 good offensive performances on the season. The Bills and Seahawks are awful on defense (and they were even worse earlier in the season). I’m pretty sure the 49ers had several injuries too.

The Dolphins are 3rd worst in total offense and middle of the pack in total yards allowed.

The Dolphins NEED turnovers to compete. I’m not worried about them in the least. We would have to have an absolute collapse against them to lose that game.

This is one where you just wanna get it over with and not have any significant injuries, everyone knows how it ends on the scoreboard..

This is the time of the year when the big boys come to play and that’s the Chiefs, not Denver..

When you look at it on paper, we’ve got no games left that we should lose, but we have a few that could definitely slip away if they don’t show up to play.

But I believe in this team locking in here as games become more meaningful — barring some bad luck I think they go 15-1.

There is absolutely no way they're losing any game until the AFC Championship game.

The only team that can beat us is Pittsburgh, and then either Green Bay or Seattle.
