Mecole Hardman 0 yds, 0 receptions

Mecole Hardman 0 yds, 0 receptions.

No Tyreek Hill.

Need him to step up. Was he playing most snaps? I would assume he would be. Didn't hear his name called much. Seemed he was only targeted a couple times.

Good lord. Let Andy get him in the game plan a bit. I don't think this was his fault, Andy needs to work him in with all the other weapons.

I'm starting him in my flex spot. I'm expecting at least 150 and two touches or he sucks.

So after listening to a handful of podcasts this week, it sounds like 1) Hardman played more snaps on offense Sunday than any receiver other than Watkins (and that's including Kelce) and 2) he stepped into Reek's role the second Reek went out. He was evidently not asked to do much but clear out coverage to get other people open, and to try and run Jalen Ramsey ragged on deep routes.

We'll see how he does getting the reps in practice this week, which he obviously would not have last week....

Nice to see him get involved. Should have had 2 TDs with a 73 yard bomb if it wasn't for the hold.

Hardman is in the perfect situation in KC. He has all the physical tools to be an elite WR in this league. He not only benefits from the league MVP putting the ball where it needs to be. Once he starts better route running, he's going to be in beast mode opposite Hill.
