He needs to play like he did the last two play-off games EVERY game to justify that contract...for 3 straight years w/o Ware.

Ford has some burst, but he just doesn't look like a football player. I don't know if he'll ever be a 3 down player but he could become a good pass rush specialist if he learns how to finish and adds a couple more moves.

Yes he does. He's a kid whose shown some flash and upside. Too soon to know but he's definitely in the mix at this point.

Like any young player that has the basic skills he gets another year or two to sink or swim. Shaq Barrett is a good example.
