It sucks that 2017 and 2018 put a lot of resources towards it with little impact, but we can't just shrug and move along. The Chiefs have to start hitting on defensive picks so they have to keep shooting their shot.
Veach brought in Ragland ,Hitchins and Fuller. All three of those are good defensive players. He'll land us a solid corner before long and things will start to click. Berry will be in shortly too. By end of year I'd wager our D will be at 15 or a little better.

We just faced two really good passing teams and the unintended consequence of our offense putting up a shit load of points fast is that we made both teams one dimensional to their strength.

That won't be the case the next few games.
