*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Pele, Messi, Jordan and Mahomes are the 4 most electric players of any sport from jump street I think in the history of ALL sport.

Obviously, I don't have firsthand knowledge of Red Grange, Jim Thorpe, Babe Ruth or even Jim Brown. . . Guess the Kansas Comet might factor in there as well.

I'm so happy you listed Messi and not CR7 in that list. Great list, btw. I think it's spot on.

To be fair, I'm not sure I've seen anything quite like that header Ronaldo put in 2019 season at Juventus.

That was like tomahawk dunking on Lebron and simultaneously throwing him into the 3rd row of the stands.

That, and Bale's goal against Barcelona in 2014 were jaw-dropping to someone who's watched and studied soccer since 6yo.

I think you could add Ken Griffey Jr. and Mike Trout to that list of players who were great immediately.

If you have ESPN+, Peyton Manning has a 20 minute video breaking down Mahomes performance in the AFC Championship Game

Good stuff.
