I see several have already mentioned him but Emergency Awesome is great. I think some of his predictions suck but he does have some great insight into a lot of stuff that I am interested in.

I think I made it to 30 seconds of one of their videos. If I met this person in real life acting this way then there is a good chance that I'd just snap and kill them with my bare hands.

Hah. I subscribe to GMBN, not GCN.

Also subscribe to Seth's Bike Hacks, BKXC, Singletrack Sampler, Horns High Mountain Biking (he's from KC, btw) and various other MTB channels.

eh, the GMBN guys are kind of stiff and I never really cared for non-road or track disciplines as a fan or "athlete". I did love watching Simon from GCN blow Neil up while in lycra and on a cyclocross bike when they did the cross country mountain bike race in the Dolomites or wherever it was

I didn't even know this was a thing. The guy is a master of his medium. Imagine if Picasso had a show like Alex Ross. Now instead imagine someone with that talent creating fish tanks that look amazingly beautiful.

If you like that a more in depth guy is Collative Learning.

He's got much less content but his breakdowns of films like The Shining and 2001 are over an hour long and touch on specific areas.
