If that was the case - KU bball would miss out on a ton of recruits.

Just bring the football recruits to basketball games, problem solved.

I honestly think KU Football sucking ass so much is helpful. They know they will be the big fish. Basketball is king and it's no secret here.

Thanks, BRC, for the schedule link. But since BRC only posted that link in the old, I'll go ahead and post it here.

https://kuathletics.com/documents/20...9_schedule.pdf

Looks like I'll need to hang on to that ESPN+ subscription through December.

Any chance we can convince Cassius Stanley to leave the west coast?

KU, Oregon and UCLA are his final 3.

Don't know, but I know this will be one of the best sports years in memory. Mahomes setting the world on fire + possibly Self's best team ever. Yes indeed.

Missouri just got the #125 ranked recruit in 2019.

Last week Kansas got a commitment from Blue Valley Northwest player Christian Braun, who is ranked #112 in 2019.

One fan base fawning over new commitment, while the other is like - oh cool - maybe a nice 4-year player who will never start and can red shirt next year.

Not exciting, but I like seeing Bill recruiting more local players.

Did anyone else go to Late Nite tonight?

The squad looks like a bunch of NBA players. Doke, De Sousa, and McCormack are built like they’ve been in the nba for five years.

The guards looked good. KJ Lawson showed good range. Ochai looked like he could be a sleeper contributor.

Grimes had a bit of a rough showing, but he’ll be fine.

Excited to get this season started. Let’s win it all.
