Anyone running any peptides? I have been using some bpc-157 and tb-500 lately. From my experience they work.

I would go for the NAD+ injections vs pills. Very good for restoring CNS.

Personally my goal is to be as strong and mobile as possible until the day I die.

If my wife and kids have to stress their lives out to take care of me then I have failed as a husband and father.

They all understand this and know that the time and effort I put in is needed to be the best version of myself which will result in being able to better care for them when needed.
