From that list... I did like Plummer. Yes, he played brain dead at times, but I enjoyed his time with Denver. No, he wasn't the best QB, but he fit well there for a few years. And, I cursed him as often as I applauded him and then they brought in Cutler. If his ego would have stayed in check, he might have been a solid QB in the NFL.

I was late to the Sloter bandwagon. I didn't pimp him at all until after the 4th preseason game.

If you want to pretend there’s some kind of asinine conspiracy about the Broncos having early home games, scheduled by the NFL, intentionally, the only reasonable explanation Is that the NFL knows the weather, at that time of year is going to be much better, than later in the year, when Denver may get bombed with snow. And that is the only reason, because I agree with other posters here who say that having home games late in the season, is much much much better than having home games early in the season.

Ok - Then ALL the other cities who have the same adverse weather conditions as Denver (Buffalo, Cleveland, Etc.) should get the same home stacked schedule. Guess what? They don't. Try again...

Of COURSE you agree with the other Tools - There's not an original thought in your group. It's Donkey see - Donkey do... Again, Give me an advantage at the beginning of any race, and I bet I win way more times than I lose. You understand that as well, only won't admit it because to do so would mean you have to accept the fact that for DECADES, Denver has enjoyed an advantage at the beginning of the season way more than any team in its division. Only fool would want to give up an advantage at the beginning of any race and THAT, my friend, explains it all.

I'd rather play my series of home games early rather than late when I know there will be shit weather late in the season.

Have you researched other cold weather teams like Buffalo? I know that due to heat issue in Miami, the NFL schedules more road games for Miami early in the season, which in turn gives Miami more home games later in the season.

It really all doesn't matter to me. Peyton Manning retired and PMII is a Chief so the future looks brighter for us. And even though the Broncos will have top 5 picks for the next 10 years it doesn't worry me either because, Elway.

NFL's best and worst offensive arsenals: 32-1 weapons ranking

22. Denver Broncos

With the Broncos investing $25 million guaranteed in new quarterback Case Keenum and trading for new right tackle Jared Veldheer, general manager John Elway was forced to pinch pennies elsewhere on offense. It was no surprise that the Broncos moved on from C.J. Anderson, although the move turns things over to a combination of ineffective veteran Devontae Booker and rookie Royce Freeman. Denver never really addressed tight end, so they'll hope that redshirt rookie Jake Butt can serve as a receiving threat from Day 1. The Broncos used a second-round pick on Cody Latimer in 2014 and a third-round pick last year on Carlos Henderson, but Latimer never broke out before leaving this offseason and Henderson might be on the roster bubble after missing his entire rookie season with a finger injury, leading to the selection of Courtland Sutton with the 40th overall pick. The Broncos will spend another year depending on Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas, both of whom are now on the wrong side of 30.

Butt is going to suck. There is no way an NFL player with a name like that succeeds.

Imagine your last name is butt, your o-line is ass, your QB is ass, your RB’s are ass, your coach is ass, and not even your mom thinks you’ll succeed in that system.

Bombed with snow? Denver only averages 8.5 inches of snow in December,

Dec. snowfall average;

Cleveland with 14.1
Buffalo with 27.4
Pittsburgh with 8.3
Chicago with 8.5
Green Bay with 13.1
Boston/Foxborough 9.0

btw, 1997 was the last year Denver played three out of their last four on the road, so the schedule makers don't appear too worried about snow bombs. lol

KC last finished with 3 of 4 on road in 2013
Oak last finished with 3 of 4 on road in 2017
Chargers last finished with 3 of 4 on the road in 2015

Lol. Nobody will EVER refer to Case Keenum as MVP. That's wishful thinking. The only thing that anyone will be calling Keesum this January will be another ElFraud mistake at quarterback.
