I need help.

I need advice on a scooter cause out of my league but no wider than 28 inches. I finally got dad to agree to one. He is 88 and well old school. Welcome to life. NE 1 with knowledge? TIA

DUI issues? Happens to the best of em. Or at least, the best of em's dad.

If you're just looking for cheaper transportation, perhaps look into a Honda Super Cub? Those are more like mopeds and I read they max out at 55mph but they are very popular in other countries. High marks for quality and reliability at an affordable price. I want to get one myself just for the LULZ.
