Give me a ****ing break. They're members of the all-time great QB fraternity. You know all those guys have that bond. That shit was easy as ****.

Right, because a guy with a few years left and wanting a ring would just sign with a guy in the same fraternity of greatness. Got it.

So, teams should just sign the Favres and Mannings of the world now as their GMs and voila!

No they shouldn't. Because it's ****ing rare in the first place that you get a HOF QB in free agency. That's kind of the orginal point of all of this.

Will Elway's team be good enough to beat KC this year? No.

All I know is that since I've been following football, Elway has been fitted for 3 superbowl rings and the Chiefs have played in zero.

He isn't the greatest ever and maybe even a little overrated, but that doesn't change my previous statement.

One little division title and Chiefs fans get way too cocky.

How soon we forget.

I'll never forget leaving work and the news was Manning was heading to KC and when I got home and turned on the TV he was getting off the plane in Denver shaking Elways hand.

What a horrible horrible feeling that was.

Could say the same thing with you about your Raiders. Without the "one little division title", and after getting swept by the Chiefs two years in a row.

Anybody could win with Elway's strategy. He learned it from Bowlen.

He got a bunch of free agents who climbed aboard the Manning Marketing Machine, but Manning no longer exists. They'll need to start relying on the draft, and that means Elway's sharp eye identifying the next Quanterus Smith or Lamin Barrow or Darius Kilgo.
2 SB appearances and 1 win with one of the top 3 D's the NFL has ever seen.

Dorsey does have that one WC win against a bad Houston team to show for his great drafts. It must have been cool for Fisher to hold J.J. Watt down while he was hurt, he must have thought he turned into the Hulk for a minute.
