Except Denver had a historically great defense last year. The Chiefs are not great at anything.

Denver was one of the luckiest teams in history last year.

Don't you recall the 4 fumbles at Arrowhead? They had MANY of those. That luck ends this year and now you are in 3rd place.

The Donks aren't an 8-4 team. They are way more fortunate than the Chiefs to be above .500. They had to play dirty to beat Cam. They were lucky not to get called for stepping out of bounds on the blocked kick return. The list goes on and on. I predicted the Donks to be 5-11 this year. And that's about where they should be if not for missed/ignored calls in multiple games. And the only reason that the Chiefs are fortunate to be 9-3 is because they managed to do it without their best defensive player and their best offensive player most of the year. They have beat the defending NFC champs..at their place, The Falcons, Raiders and your precious Donks, at their place, and are playing for first in the division and positioning for a first round bye tomorrow night. That didn't all happen by luck.

I'm waiting for a response KnowShit.

They were great, yes. "Historically great", no. IIRC, 4-5 other teams gave up less points than them in the regular season...including KC.

They were a top 5 of all time defense. Loaded everywhere. Our offense put them in terrible situations every single week and our defense always came through.

Just like Jay Cutler was a top 5 QB? Like Knowshon was a top 5 RB? Like John Fox was a top 5 coach?

Just caught back up with the thread. The Donk butt hurt since the Sunday night game is glorious. Knowshit is still dumb as ****. Once this thread closes it would be a good time to flush the Donk fans like the turds they are.

I don't want to get in the way of the Knowmo bashing, he's earned it...

I will say that 3rd in the division isn't horrible when you consider their wins in relation to the AFC overall. Tough year in the west. It happens.

Definitely. A 13-3 Raiders could finish second. Same with a 12-4 record in KC or Denver.
