I'm one of the youngest boomers according to the popular definitions, but I prefer the Generation Jones construct. I have nothing in common with older boomers who came of age in the poodle-skirt 50s or the Hippie Era 60s.

Okay Boomer.

Actually I just missed Boomer by 1 year. Huge difference in born in '65 versus '80 for that so-called generation.

I am old enough to remember the moon shot.

This is actually a great idea! I say we do it like Buffalo Wild Wings each member selects a sauce to dip it in then we each do a sample taste at the end vote which one tastes the best

I'm not sure I identify with the term Elder Millennial, but I just barely fit into the common definition of Millenial. I feel like Oregon Trail Generation fits me most accurately.

This. (Although it bears noting that you're older than me )

I've said before that there is a material difference between us that spent our late formative years in the wild wild west of the internet than those who spent their entire lives with social media.

Yep, the last generation that remembers and lived a life before the Internet. Experience with analog but took on and embraced digital.

Gen X is lucky to be the last generation to reach adulthood without the internet and mobile phones.
