Just finished it. Loved it. 8/10. Yeah there were loose ends but those will get fleshed out in later seasons. Good plot. Great acting.

Is the writer gay? It seems there is an agenda here.
Trying to like the show but there are a lot of loose ends that make zero sense. The writing when it comes to details is pretty poor. Hopefully, it gets better. I hope that season 2 is better. Last edited by Halfcan; 08-16-2017 at 10:25 AM.. |

Last two episodes were fantastic, IMO.
Took some turns I did not see coming. Not sure where it goes from here but the plot twists will at least keep it interesting. I really like Bateman's acting in this. Feels very real. |

Finished it up and would give it a B- for a grade. Nice concept and entertaining, but so many holes in the story. The writing could have been much tighter, seems they were making shit up on the fly. Jason Bateman is a robot.
I liked Ruth and the old man in the basement the best. Hopefully, season 2 will be better. |

Stephen King stated that he is following the show and likes the black humor undertones...."I'm hooked on OZARK. There's an undercurrent of black humor running through it that makes it special."
Guess I need to watch it again... |

I gotta say, as much as I appreciate that he's a KC fan and brings attention to the Chiefs/Royals, Jason Bateman is a terrible actor.
