*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Being with the Cleveland Browns for his entire career success as a professional is a new concept.

Celebrating is an out of body experience for someone who came from a losing culture.

Or pulling him.

That Cam dude has spunk. From skunk to spunk in a mere two games. He's the anti-Tie-Rod.

So who will be The Human Trebuchet's competition among QBs over the next 10 years or so, I wonder? Will it be Mayfield? Wishkins? Dik? Darnold? Bortles?

With Brady and Rogers and Breezy all winding down, a new generation will emerge. It will take many years for the Browns and the Jets to become hyper-competitive. I have no real faith in the Toxins or Cowgirls (unless or until they fire their HCs). So who will it be?

Could Mahomes have as big of an impact in the NFL, as guys like LeBron, Tiger, and Jordan had on thier sports? I think its possible. This guy could change the course of the entire league.

The fact that I'm having thoughts like these seems ****ing insane.

We still haven't seen 1/10th of this crazy shit. 5:20 is "the throw". At 6:00 he throws it over 60 yards in the air flat-footed.

For sure, but I don't even care about the west at this point, its a forgone conclusion. All I can think of is him absolutely owning the league for the next 10+ years

I would not bet against Mayfield. He is similar to Mahomes. Neither of them had the recruiting people slobbing their knob in high school like Rosen, Darnold, etc. They have proven a lot of people wrong over the last 5 years.

I wanna see 80 yards in the air for a successful Hail Mary. They'd play that in highlight reels until the end of time.
