Bold prediction: Eric Murray makes the probowl
This kid is going to make the most of his opportunity.
He's gonna hammer some guys and show he's talented in coverage, too. Lots of talent around him. Berry will be coaching him from the sideline, too. He won't be Eric Berry, but he will be a lot better than some here think. |

Don't know if he'll make the Pro Bowl because it's hard to without a big name, but I'm confident in his ability to do the job. We just really have to hope our worst injuries are over with for the year.

Pro bowl? No. Unless it's for STs.
Solid player? Definitely. |

He'll have to pick off 7 or 8 passes to get consideration, most likely.
I'll settle for him being a solid as hell backup that can step in make some plays. |

Would obviously be great. I really like Murray, and while it was great to see Houston play well when turned loose.. the loss of Eric Berry will still be felt.

This is a bit of a unique circumstance because Berry is probably one of our 2-3 best players on the team, but not even top 5 in terms of value. Losing Hill, Kelce, Houston, DJ, and Peters would all likely hurt more when considering depth and positional value. Maybe even one of our offensive tackles.

My only issue with Murray is tackling.

Murray probably wouldn't make it even if he actually deserved it. He isn't going to make that much of a name for himself. I don't see anyway this actually happens no matter how he plays.
