I don't think I really believe that - but there's a shit load of oddities that suggest he was gone - I think they did it to be artsy and ambiguous - To be truthful I'm not sure why they gave all those indications in album covers, lyrics and art - but the suggestions are certainly there. I did some studies and research on the Beatles - there's no wonder they were so famous - Just completely loaded with talent. I never really saw just HOW MUCH talent they had until a few yrs ago. I really dig their stuff. Not just their music, their art and mystique - all of those things.

Same here. Their music is timeless to me. Maybe one of the few musical acts of our time to be remembered 500 years from now? Their music copyrights will start falling away in about 40 years. Imagine their descendants won't be able to spend their wealth before then. Sir Paul, or his doppelganger, is thought to be worth $1.2B today.

I think it's him, I think the double thingy was fabricated. I can't believe all that they (evidently) did to trigger the curiosity/questioning of their fans and the like.

It took me a long time and I'll be honest - early on; I always thought they were overrated - now (today) I think they deserved all the craze and fanfare - supremely talented band.

Paul by himself was good. I love that he had what amounted to a "diss track" after John Lennon stated that Paul was trash and that all he could write were silly love songs.

In response... Paul wrote a #1 hit called Silly Love Songs.

That said... I find the Beatles to be terribly overrated despite their being the face of the British Invasion. I hated life when their "anthology" was released in the late 90's and everyone was going ****ing nuts over them all over again.

Lennon can **** right off. Never liked him anyway.

Paul isn't just "good", he's a freaking legend. Even at his age he still cranks out 3 hour shows. Damn good ones too.
