Wouldn't surprise me at all if the first 2 draft picks are a CB and a safety that are expected to come in and play.

Yep Dictator Carl, Fat Scott and John Dorsey all thought they were being smart by not being aggressive in free agency.

Maybe some of it was a product of the earlier era in free agency, when being aggressive early in free agency (and "winning March") became negatively associated with the Redskins dumb free agency moves.

Times have changed though... the Patriots and Eagles were both aggressive in free agency and "won March" last year and we saw what the result was.
