MCU Meta Discussion

The various movies obviously deserve their own threads once things actually start moving on them, but it seems like we should have a place just for general discussion about what they're planning. So here ya go.

Man, I love cel shading. Beautiful stuff can be created with it, especially in high contrast art.

It's like they're going for a nu-anime look, or something?

What If? was one of my favorite titles when I was a kid. I am really, really looking forward to this.

I really like the idea. I loved the comic series too. Gotta admit I got a little giddy seeing the zombie versions. But yeah, the anime just feels a bit childish. The mouths are all weird...

It would be cool if Cox is in that series as Daredevil for sure. Haven't seen him in anything in years.

I really like the King Loki theory. My wife has been pushing this for a couple of episodes.

It’s a timeline where Loki gets everything he ever wanted. He won - and now he has to live in constant fear of being undone - which is why every other Loki has to fail in the sacred timeline.

It also forces our Loki to choose between everything he always wanted and accepting that he always wanted something else entirely.

I saw on Twitter that they are recasting Captain Marvel and Doctor Strange for an upcoming edition of the MCU. True or BS?

Kevin Feige on the return of Kathryn Hahn/Agatha Harkness:

https://editorial.rottentomatoes.com...d-black-widow/

Rotten Tomatoes: When will we see Agatha next?

Kevin Feige: Someday. Someday soon. You will see Kathryn Hahn in Knives Out 2 next, then maybe an assortment of other things. But within the MCU, it can’t come soon enough. Let’s put it that way.
