It might be a reps thing. Could be easier for Spags to plug and play him in that spot compared to the middle of the field.

That may be his eventual spot but I doubt they will let him have it as a rookie since they like Hitchens as the guy that calls the defense.

I think that spot is a lot easier to ease a guy into and let him get used to the league. It's more of a "forward" and some sideways kinda spot it seems where the middle requires a lot more thinking.

I am just more of a throw a guy into the fire kinda guy at this point I think you learn more by doing and figuring out what works and what doesn't.

I’m pretty sure it will be Gay at WLB, Hitchens at MLB, and Wilson at SLB. Since they feel Wilson and Gay can play both maybe they switch it up a little though.

That'd be great. Hope he can get the mental part down. Also, Dan is, basically, a linebacker.

I'm excited for the defense man.

Watching the Broncos game yesterday with the left handed throw was brutal to watch. Denver gaining 11 yards on first down constantly.

Orlando Scandrick was such garbage, incidentally.

Guy could be a bust, or he could be a HOF. High ceiling but risky given his lack of production. Workout warrior who looks amazing on tape.

If he’s a quality defender and the corners hold up, we may not lose a single game.

Boy, that video of Queen definitely makes him look tentative and with questionable instincts.

Not sure how that will work in the NFL.

Coaching him out of instinctual reactions (tackling at the feet, seeking contact) is a tall task.
