Fantasy action ... week 1

Ok, so here goes and my apologies in advance, but I drafted Tyreek Hill. Hopefully, that doesn't jinx the kid.

Anyway, PPR league and I have the following options at WR (in no particular order) and need to start 3:

Michael Thomas, Saints @ Vikings
Emmanuel Sanders, Broncos vs Chargers
Davante Adams, Packers vs Seahawks
Tyreek Hill, Chiefs @ Patriots
Jamison Crowder, Redskins vs Eagles
Hunter Henry, Chargers @ Broncos
Adam Thielen, Vikings vs Saints

Pick 3...

Right now, I have Thomas and Sanders... been leaning towards Adams (at home) vs Hill on the road. If KC were at home, I'd roll those dice, just not sure @ NEP is the card to play this week. Part of me says I should start Henry since Denver's defense loves letting TEs go wild and I think Rivers has thrown a TD to a TE against Denver in the last 3-4 games.

Started Alex Smith at QB (while Luck recovers).. what a pleasant surprise!

Bad news... my girlfriend won't ever listen to my fantasy advice again.. told her to sit Kareem Hunt and give it a week or two and see how he does. Well, she did draft him on my advice I suppose.

I traded Alex Smith to my opponent before tonight's game so he should be happy. I had Kareem Hunt though, so I'm happy too.

I played Alex over Big Ben(just didn't feel good about Ben on the road in Cleveland),got a few laughs from the guys in the league until last night.

Granted Ben could still blow up but Alex got me 39 points.

Started Hunt in the flex position (because of the Miami/Tampa Bay game) and he got me 59 points.

Feeling better with Smith as my #2 qb in my superflex league. Especially compared to the fact he was the 26th qb drafted in my league. How can everyone be high on Kelce, Hill, and Hunts catching ability while simultaneously being so down on Alex Smith's fantasy ability as a QB2.

Won $1,000 this weekend on $100 put in. Not a bad cherry on top of a wonderful football weekend. If only the Chargers could have finished that comeback.

Diggs is pretty locked in as my WR2 moving forward, until proven otherwise... that offense looked really good!

EDIT: Also, that is going to be Hill this year for you.. I think he is going to be up and down. Without that one pass, he would have had a pretty crappy day really... 6 catches for 55 yards I think? Not bad for PPR, but nothing to write home about.

Can we add week 3 questions here?

Mariota at home vs SEA or T-Jizz at BUF? Standard PPR league scoring. Leaning T-Jizz as he's only behind Smith in season player rankings at QB. WTF?
