My wife and I are meeting friends for dinner tonight. I wasn't familiar with the restaurant, but looked it up and it describes itself as having an "eclectic menu". That's a major red flag, so I looked at the menu. I'm going to go to McDonald's for lunch just to even things out.

I think both of these will be true.

It's one of those restaurants where there are only about seven things on the menu and all of them have a four paragraph description where you have to do sentence diagrams with a French dictionary to figure out if there's chicken in it or not.

This year we did a Prime Rib roast and it was amazing. We cut it into 1.5" steaks, cooked them normally, and they were awesome!
